Delivery Flexibility, Product Management Improvements, and Expanded Payment Workflows
This release focuses on improving operational flexibility across ordering, fulfillment, reporting, and product management. Updates in this release include expanded delivery configuration tools, additional payment functionality for wholesale workflows, continued Cake Builder improvements, and several quality-of-life updates throughout ordering and reporting.
New Features & Enhancements
Payments & Wholesale
- Added cash rounding option
- Added Stripe as a payment method for bulk payments
- Added ability to save Stripe cards for future use
Delivery & Fulfillment
- Added delivery settings to Locations and Exceptions
- Added retail delivery to the order flow
- Added location selection to the Order Form
- Allow managers to enter custom fulfillment times for orders
These updates provide additional flexibility for bakeries managing complex delivery schedules, custom fulfillment situations, and location-based ordering workflows.

- Added support for multiple departments per product
- Added Edit All Departments tab
- Added new option creation to Revenue Class and Category dropdowns on Edit All lists
- Added new Revenue Class option to Revenue Class dropdown
- Allow users to disable Cake Builder
- Display Cake Builder product name on custom cake order button
- Allow deco list names to be updated

- Added confirmation dialog when removing items from Order Summary in app
- Prevent product names from truncating on ordering cards
- Updated Home Page sorting by date and time when date filter is applied
- Added option to check existing customers for duplicates when importing customers from Classic

- Added option to group taxes into a single column on applicable reports

Payments
- Started ACH payment support behind a feature flag
- Added support for initiatedBy parameter with merchant-initiated transactions using saved cards
Invitations & Authentication
- Expire old invites and generate a new invite if resend email does not match
Time Cards
- Search time cards using Clock In timestamp instead of Created At
- Automatically update time card date when adjusting Clock In timestamp
Wholesale
- Ignore deposit rules for wholesale orders
Fixed
Ordering & Products
- Fixed duplicate category query results
- Fixed error creating customer on inquiry submission
- Fixed individual tier deco lists on V2 custom products in Cake Builder
POS & Payments
- Fixed POS refunds not recording location
- Fixed invoice ordering on bulk payment sheets so remaining balance previews calculate correctly
