Ways to Contact BakeSmart

1. Use the Help Button (Recommended for Most Issues)

Click the pink HELP icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen

Select the “Give Feedback” tab

Use the form to:

Upload screenshots or videos of the issue

Describe the problem clearly

Include steps to recreate the issue if possible

2. Email BakeSmart Support

You can send your questions, files, or bug reports by email:

4. Contact Your Onboarding Specialist

If you are in the onboarding phase, your assigned specialist is your best point of contact for system setup, configuration help, and training.

Hang their contact number in an easy-to-access spot in the bakery

Or, add them as a Customer in BakeSmart, so any team member can look them up from the system when needed
