Understanding and Using the Onboarding Checklist in BakeSmart
What Can Be Edited
The onboarding checklist is not editable by users. It is a built-in tool that:
Guides you through essential setup steps
Tracks your progress during onboarding
Opens automatically when you log in for the first time
If dismissed, it must be reset by the BakeSmart support team.
How to Access the Checklist
Follow these steps to access or restart the checklist:
Log into your BakeSmart account
The checklist appears automatically on your Dashboard during onboarding
If you previously dismissed the checklist and need it back:
Contact your onboarding specialist
Or submit a request through the BakeSmart Help Center
💡 Only BakeSmart can reset a dismissed checklist. Be sure to reach out if you need it restarted.
Make Your Changes
The checklist cannot be manually edited, but here’s how to use it effectively:
- Complete steps in the order shown
- You cannot skip ahead—each step must be completed before the next unlocks
- If a section is crossed out, you can repeat it by clicking on it again
If you get stuck, click the Help button (located next to the cake icon) to access videos and in-depth support articles related to the current step
